Frank is a Professor at
Berlin School of Economics and Law and Co-Owner of
Becota. Frank has over 15 years academic and
professional experience in service design, enterprise
modelling, and organisational learning.
After completing his
business education at Mercedes Benz and his degree in
Business Studies, Frank became a senior researcher at
the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence DFKI. He
gained a visiting Professorship at Michael Smurfit
Graduate School of Business in Dublin, Ireland. Therein
he appraised the accreditation of educational programs
for leading business schools and corporate universities
for the European Foundation for Management Development
(EFMD) in Brussels, Belgium.
Throughout the many years as
a consultant, Frank oversaw the implementation of
business applications in public sector institutions as
well as in multinational corporations in the private
sector. As a member of the extended Board of German IMC
AG he co-headed the consulting unit and was responsible
for the firm’s international business.
Since 2010 Frank has held a
professorship in Business Science at the Berlin School
of Economics and Law. His consulting as well as his
research focuses on business process management and the
organisational impacts of information technology.

Jörg brings in more than 14-years of international management and consulting experience in various industries covering Automotive, Defense, Education, Government, Health Care, Auditing, Services and Utilities.
In his professional career, Jörg has held senior management and consulting positions across Europe, North America and Russia for various companies such as Volkswagen, KPMG, European Commission, European Patent Office, E.ON and BAE Combat Systems. Before joining Becota, Jörg was part of the management team of Europe’s leading learning technologies provider where he was responsible to build up the UK subsidiary as well as heading its professional services department in London.
In his consulting assignments, Jörg is managing short-term as well as long-term multi-million Euro endeavours where he works as integral part of the team with a hands-on attitude on strategic program setups, reorganisations, software implementations and rollouts, process analyses and designs, and change management initiatives.
Jörg has completed an Executive Education at Harvard Business School, USA and holds a Master degree in Business Administration with focus on strategic organisation and information systems from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany. He also holds certification as PRINCE2 Project Manager and SCRUM Master.

Malte is a Professor of Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbruecken, Germany. Malte has more than 15 years academic and professional work experience.
Malte is a highly experienced process design, strategic management and change management consultant and has been working in these areas since 1995.
As Director International Corporate Sales
at a software and consulting company he managed large international clients such as BMW, Daimler, E.ON, Fujitsu Siemens, KPMG and Volkswagen from a sales and consulting perspective.
Since 2009 Malte has held a professorship in Management and Organisational Behaviour. His research focuses on the organisational impacts of social media and on bionic management.

Christian has a degree as an
electronics engineer. He has more than 20 years of
experience in Information Technology and Management. On
his assignments, he has held a variety of positions
related to Systems Architecture & Development, Project
Management, Management Consulting, Knowledge Management,
Transition Management, Research &
Development.
Christian is owner of Fasttrack Consulting and he is also working as an
independent consultant, leading large and small
international clients in their strategic change efforts,
working at the crossroads of Innovation Management,
Knowledge Management & Learning Organizations.
Over the last 15 years, his
assignments have led him to focus more on human and
organizational issues – such as transition management,
organizational change management and technology
transfer, as they pertain to IT. He has developed his
career along these lines, taking on management
responsibilities of increasing scope and importance.
He is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on a
variety of subjects (Value Management, Knowledge and

customer relationship management and took responsibility
for the Internet activities. Afterwards he led as a
Process Integration Officer at Volkswagen AG the area
"sales and service processes". At T-System he was
responsible for the global business for the Volkswagen
Group.
