BECF Summer series opening this week!

The 4th Berlin Consulting Forum series is open! It starts with a session on Design Thinking and Storytelling hosted by Valentina Catena on April 20th and will be followed by three other interactive sessions around the common theme “collaboration”.

With this series we introduce a registration for all events. It’s still free and fun, but our hosts need to prepare some material for the sessions. Please sign-up for the events and make their live easier. See you soon!

Get negative people to cooperate

End of January 2012, Harald Kjellin from Stockholm University hosted an exciting workshop on “power games”. In this workshop we experienced how to handle people who behave bad or do not want to listen to us. In addition, we learned to cope with specific types of bosses and co-workers and practiced how to effectively say “no”.

Winter series coming soon

The upcoming Winter series will feature four events about “agility and self organization”. Boris Gloger, one of the pioneers of agile project management, will make the start in early November. Experiencing Change in a Global Network

On May 18, Juliane Neumann and Holger Hauheimer, both with Radical Inclusion, will  speak at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Among other things, they present the case study of a global network on NGOs wanting to improve their virtual collaboration processes and tools.

This summer the Consulting Forum will host two exciting talks about “Virtual Processes & Advanved Collaboration“.

In May, Juliane Neumann and Holger Nauheimer from Radical Inclusion will provide their thoughts and invite students and others to join the exciting discussion. In June, Dr. Jörg Dörnemann, managing director of epubli, a self-publishing platform, will follow up with insights from the book and print market.
